Our Well Equipped Manufacturing Unit

We have with us full fledged manufacturing unit that helps us to develop our range of engineering components with premium quality. Our manufacturing unit is spread over a wide area of 5107 square metre and has substantial production capacity.

Following are some of the machines and equipment used in our unit:

• External & internal grinding
• (Seal quench furnace) Heat treatment plant
• Gravity Die Casting
• Conveyor type Powder Coating Plant

We also have an in-house design unit with CAD/ CAM facility that assist us to make precised requirement for our finish gear components, API couplings, and other engineering components.

We have an experienced team of research and development personnel that conduct various researches on the new market developments. With the help of our R & D team, we are also able to develop new products and eliminate the defects in the existing range, if any.
